As we get older, our bodies get stiffer, and we gradually lose the natural flexibility we once possessed as children. Why does this happen? Flexibility comes not just from stretching, but from possessing adequate current flow in your body.

While babies are born very flexible, if you were to feed a child a diet of free-radical inducing foods – such as fried foods – that child would lose flexibility very quickly. This is because free radicals rob electrons from the body, which then leads to abnormal tissue oxidation. This in turn causes the collagenous and elastic connective tissues located around your muscles to ‘stick’ to each other (called cross-linking), which is a leading cause of stiffness.

Athletes who don’t stretch enough are particularly susceptible to losing their flexibility, because after any exercise that doesn’t take a muscle through its full range of motion (activities like cycling, pushups, weightlifting) the muscle is ‘shortened.’ If you don’t stretch it out after your workout then you risk losing flexibility over time, and also increase post-workout soreness. Stretching immediately after activity will help reduce the buildup of lactic acid in your muscles that causes soreness. Athletes are also vulnerable to connective tissue cross linking because of the high levels of electron robbing free radicals that their bodies produce during exercise.

Protein Extreme Energy helps counteract age-related and exercise stiffness by providing a high electron load and establishing a recognizable, transferable electron process. This reduces the cross linking of elastic and collagenous connective tissue, allowing your muscles to stretch further.

Tip: Staying hydrated is also important to keep you flexible, as water intake has been shown to contribute to increased joint mobility. Drinking enough water will also enhance the effectiveness of Protein Extreme Energy.

When people say they want to lose weight, they’re usually talking about losing excess fat. The fact is, one must first re-establish healthy cellular conditions for effective diet and exercise.

If you want to lose fat, then it’s important to know under what conditions fat cells multiply, grow ‘fatter’ or shrink. Yes, fat cells can get fatter also. They are the cells responsible for storing the unused calories you consume, so the more calories and less exercise, the larger they will get. What’s more, when a fat cell grows fat enough (3 to 6 times its original size), it multiplies. These new cells, in turn, can get fatter.

But it’s not only eating a high-calorie diet that affects fat cell size. Think about it. If this were the only factor, then there wouldn’t be any of those ‘I can eat as much as I want but I don’t gain weight’ people out there. Teenagers and their enormous appetites wouldn’t exist. So what else affects our fat cells? Cellular health. Our cells fatten up when their cellular receptor sites become congested with chemicals found in the foods we eat and the environment all around us. This prevents nutrients from coming into the cell and waste from going out. This in turn affects your cellular metabolism (also called cellular respiration) – your cells produce less and less energy. Both ATP production and the cellular charge are affected. As you can imagine, it just gets worse from here. Think of how you would feel if you couldn’t excrete your body wastes daily, but had to hold it all in. This is what goes on at a micro level, in your cells. They literally start to ferment in their own waste.

What’s worse is that if your cells are impaired enough, even a normal caloric intake can cause fat cells to grow – so you could be eating a sensible diet and still get fat. That’s just plain unfair.

How do we reverse this process? Basically, we need to get the energy production of the cell back up, get cellular respiration/metabolism back up, so that the cells can start burning excess stored energy, generating internal heat, and expelling waste efficiently again. To get cellular respiration up you need proper cell charge. To get cell charge up you need to supply and move electrons throughout your body. The purpose of Protein Extreme Energy is to supply and move electrons, get cellular charge back up to its optimum levels, and cleanse cellular receptor sites – this is the foundation of good cellular health. GSH-Ignite would be the next step, working to balance oxidative and reductive systems, and therefore increase cellular respiration, all the while protecting against premature aging caused by free radicals (for a more in-depth look at how at how your body produces energy). The end result? Healthy, high-functioning cells that can ‘breathe’ properly, setting the stage for sustainable weight loss.

determine our body’s health. You can take back control of your health, boost your energy levels, and feel better than you have in years thanks to four revolutionary new products from Life Health Secrets, specially designed to promote healthy aging:

Cells are the building blocks of our bodies – they literally make us what we are. However, maintaining up to 100 trillion cells working at their optimal levels is a difficult task. Over time, cellular function deteriorates and this can lead to health problems and reduced energy. Cellular health is so vital to healthy aging that Life Health Secrets has developed two supplements to enhance cellular respiration (the way your cells produce energy) from two different angles.

1.Protein Extreme Energy: Systemic Whole Body Energy

Protein Extreme Energy is designed to enhance cellular respiration by strengthening the sodium potassium pump, which works to draw in vital oxygen to your cells. By building electron transfer systems, your cells can produce more energy and excrete metabolic waste more efficiently. Protein Extreme Energy also works at a cellular level to cleanse clogged cellular receptor sites, thereby facilitating the absorption of nutrients and the removal of endocrine disrupting chemicals. Finally, Protein Extreme Energy enhances your body’s natural immune response, helping to neutralize invading bacteria and viruses.

2.GSH-ignite: the Ultimate Intracellular Antioxidant

GSH-ignite enhances cellular respiration by promoting healthy glutathione levels. When your cells produce energy (through adenosine triphosphate, or ATP), they also produce free radicals, which can damage your DNA and cell function if left unchecked. Glutathione works from within the cell to neutralize those free radicals, along with those caused by pollution, radiation, stress and chemotherapy. But as we age, our glutathione levels decrease by as much as 35%, starting as early as age 20. This means ATP must drop as well – otherwise your cells risk being overrun by free radicals. Your cellular metabolism decreases. Wastes build up and your cells can’t absorb vital nutrients. Cellular inflammation occurs. This is where GSH-ignite comes in. By promoting healthy glutathione levels, GSH-ignite helps to slow the aging process. GSH-ignite fires your cellular metabolism back up, promoting an anabolic, healing state in your body.

As we age, there are two areas of the body that typically require extra support: the adrenals and the nervous system (which includes the brain and spinal cord). In recognition of these two vulnerable areas, Life Health Secrets has developed Adrenal Reboot and Maxodin to provide them with an extra boost.

3.Adrenal Reboot: Fight Stress and Fatigue

Keeping your adrenals nourished is vital for healthy aging, because overworking them (through stress, alcohol, caffeine, prescription medication, chronic conditions, lack of sleep, extreme exercise) causes excess cortisol production and insufficient DHEA production. On top of the effects of overwork, from the age of 25 years old onwards DHEA levels in the body begin to decline, while cortisol remains constant or even increases. All this spells trouble for your metabolism, which is determined by the DHEA/cortisol balance. As your metabolism slows down, cellular waste and toxins accumulate, ultimately damaging your health. Adrenal Re-Boot helps promote healthy cortisol and DHEA levels, and it’s the only supplement on the market that both nourishes your adrenals and opens connecting pathways by strengthening the nervous system, so an increased electron load can flow freely throughout your body. Re-boot your adrenals, revitalize your body, de-stress your life.

4.Maxodin: Mental Energy, Focus, Memory, Clarity and Spine Support

From as early as age 20 we start to lose brain cells on a regular basis. This loss of neurons can have an effect on neurotransmitters – chemicals that permit your brain cells to communicate to each other and influence memory and learning. But memory loss is not inevitable, and Maxodin may be able to help you to increase your powers of concentration, memory and focus so that you can continue to enjoy the mental activities so important to your life and well-being. Maxodin works by balancing the autonomous nervous system, strengthening spinal current and thus enhancing current throughout the entire nervous system, allowing for neurological energy to cycle freely back and forth between the brain and body. Current allows for circulation, and without it, the brain can’t metabolize and absorb its functional nutrients properly, leading to lower brain power – lower focus, concentration, and attention. Maxodin not only enhances brain power, it strengthens the spinal cord and your entire nervous system.

Our health comes down to the health of our cells. They literally make up our entire bodies, so it makes sense that if they’re in good working condition, so are we. When our cells can’t do their job properly complications arise, and we experience the so-called side-effects of aging. The formula for aging, from this perspective, is mistakes over time – small mistakes your cells make that compound and snowball out of control. One such mistake is electron loss over time, but taking anti-oxidant supplements isn’t enough to fix this because of an associated problem – cellular ‘current’ loss. Let’s look at why this is the case and what we can do about it:

Electrons play a vital role in our cells to neutralize free radicals. As our cells produce energy, they also produce free radicals. Eating unhealthy foods (such as fried foods), breathing polluted air, drinking toxic water, extreme exercise and stress can also generate free radicals. Free radicals are molecules, atoms, or ions missing electrons in their outer orbits. This makes them highly reactive, and if they aren’t neutralized by an electron donor substance like an anti-oxidant, then they can wreak havoc in our cells – damaging DNA, causing cellular mutations, breaking down cellular function and potentially leading to cancer. Our cells experience electron loss on an ongoing basis, so it’s just as vital to keep on replenishing those electrons.

To fix this problem, why not just eat electron-donor foods such as fruits and vegetables high in anti-oxidants, maybe take a few anti-oxidant supplements? Yes, diet can help, but generally, as we get older, nutritious meals fail to vitalize us in the same way they did when we were younger. The body can no longer utilize the nutrients as efficiently. The problem is, that in order for your cells to be able to pull in the vital nutrients you’re consuming, they need to be sufficiently ‘charged,’ and cellular charge tends to get weaker as we get older.

A cell’s charge is formed by the osmotic pressure gradient from inside the cell to outside. The cell uses its sodium potassium pump to partly maintain this pressure gradient, keeping sodium ions out and potassium ions in. These two ions of electrons – sodium and potassium – are partly responsible for allowing electrons to move through your body and into your cells. If someone is depleted of electrolytes, you can give them all the nutrients in the world, but their body won’t be able to absorb them. Why? Their cells don’t have the electrical capacity to pull in the nutrients.

So cellular charge becomes the missing link to healthy aging. To reap the benefits of antioxidants, we must also strengthen the cell’s ability to draw them in. In order to address these two issues – cellular charge and electron loss over time – Life Health Secrets has designed Protein Extreme Energy and GSH-Ignite. Protein Extreme Energy works primarily to increase cellular charge (though it also provides electron donors) and GSH-Ignite focuses on building your body’s natural supply of glutathione – an intracellular anti-oxidant hundreds of times more powerful than anything found in fruits, vegetables or most supplements. Together, Protein Extreme Energy and GSH-Ignite work to keep your cells charged and equipped to deal with free radicals.

Our body’s energy is produced through a process known as cellular respiration: this is where your cells use the nutrients you’ve ingested through food, along with the air you breathe, and transform them into adenosine triphosphate (ATP) – the fuel for cellular energy. For a cell to ‘breathe’ at optimal levels, there are two systems that need to balance each other: oxidative and reductive.

Understanding the oxidative system will provide us with the first method for increasing cellular energy. For cellular respiration to occur, oxygen must be drawn into the cells, where it’s used to produce energy (if you want to get specific, the mitochondria in our cells use it as a hydrogen acceptor during ATP production to produce water). How is oxygen drawn into the cell? Through the sodium potassium pump, which is what creates a cell’s ‘electrical charge’. The electrons around the outer membrane and inner nucleus of the cell, going in opposite directions, draw in the oxygen by means of diffusion. So, a cell’s electrical charge controls the amount of oxygen that can be drawn in, and is in part responsible for how much energy your cells can produce.

This provides us with the first method of increasing cellular energy: increase a cell’s electrical charge. Note that electrical charge is also responsible for the removal of metabolic waste from the cell. If a cell’s charge is low, then metabolic waste accumulates and hinders cellular respiration. If things slow down enough, edema or water retention occurs – the cell’s osmotic pressure become so weak that it loses the ability to expel waste and old body fluids. When a cell’s charge is strengthened, metabolic wastes can be properly disposed of and cellular respiration increased.

The second method for increasing cellular energy can be understood through the reductive system. While oxygen is vital to cellular respiration, it also ‘oxidizes’ the cells, producing harmful free radicals that can damage cell function, respiration and DNA. Reductive enzymes – with glutathione being the main SOD reductive enzyme – are what protect the cell from these free radicals. When a cell doesn’t have enough glutathione, it attempts to decrease ATP production so as to minimize the free radical damage. Therefore, increasing glutathione provides us with the second method to increase cellular energy. By increasing glutathione, you balance oxidation with reduction, and allow ATP to increase, thereby increasing your body’s cellular energy.

A thorough understanding of these two approaches to increasing cellular energy leads to understanding how two of Life Health Secrets’ supplements work. Protein Extreme Energy functions to increase cellular electron loads and therefore cellular charge – it adopts the first method for increasing cellular energy. GSH-Ignite adopts the second method – by encouraging healthy glutathione levels it allows ATP production to increase. As such, Protein Extreme Energy and GSH-Ignite take complementary routes to achieving the same goal – enhanced cellular respiration, leading to enhanced whole body energy for life.

What is aging? The simple answer is getting older. But why do our bodies break down over time? Though we assume that the side effects of aging such as hearing loss, energy loss, and Alzheimer’s are a normal part of the process, they are not inevitable – not all elderly people are afflicted with these illnesses. Two people can be of the same age, yet their bodies and minds can be in extremely different states of health.

So, age alone does not determine health. Nevertheless, it is useful to ask what the difference is between a typical twenty year old and a seventy year old. How is it that one is full of energy and the other, for the most part, is experiencing degeneration of one form or another?

The answer lies in the internal processes of the body, and there are at least four key issues that influence how our bodies age. The first is free-radical damage and electron loss over time. The second, influenced by the first, is inflammation. The third is the clogging up of our cellular receptor sites. The fourth is the strength of the immune system.

Free Radical Damage

Our bodies are made up of approximately 100 trillion cells. Each of our cells is like a tiny battery, producing energy through cellular respiration. As we age, environmental toxins and unhealthy foods containing free radicals – such as fried foods – rob electrons from our bodies (a free radical is a molecule, atom or ion that’s missing electrons in the outer orbit). Free radicals can cause cellular and DNA damage and mutations, and are thought to be responsible for many forms of cancer. Free radicals have also been named as the cause of many symptoms of aging, and one current theory (the Free Radical Theory of Aging) even points to the accumulation of free radicals in the cells as responsible for aging itself.

Whether reducing free radicals can extend lifespan is still under debate and the subject of much ongoing research, but what is certain is that free radicals cause poor cell respiration, fermentation, waste accumulation, acid buildup, and pH derangements in the body. In short, they cause the “batteries” of our cells to emit a weaker charge. Congestion occurs, and our cells become less efficient at pulling in nutrients and expelling metabolic wastes.

Inflammation

When there is poor cellular respiration, as with free-radical damage, inflammation occurs in the body. Chronic inflammation has been linked to the majority of age-related diseases, including Alzheimer’s, heart disease, diabetes, cancer and stroke, amongst others. Evidently, fighting inflammation is high on the list of anyone interested in healthy aging.

Clogged receptor sites

Receptor sites are areas on the cell that pick up and receive hormones and different nutrients and chemicals, and function much like a shipping dock receiving cargo. People today are exposed to so many toxic agents and chemicals that their receptor sites become clogged. Their shipping docks become completely packed with garbage, and they can’t bring anything else into that shipping dock. Their receptor sites cannot assimilate nutrients so well anymore. Over many years of life, the problem is amplified. Hormonal imbalances can occur, such as in the case of xenoestrogens (false estrogens derived from plastics), which bind to the receptor sites, blocking the body’s natural estrogens and thus cause an excess of the hormone in the body.

Keeping the receptor sites clean and free of these foreign chemicals is important for nutrient assimilation in the cell, which ultimately helps to slow aging by keeping the cells producing energy at their optimum levels.

The immune system

As we age, our immune systems tend to get weaker, with the exception being newborns and toddlers, who are still in the process of building their immune systems. As a general rule, the very young and the elderly are the most vulnerable to viruses and bacteria, and a bad infection or case of the flu can lead to secondary health problems, prolonged weakness, or even death. Therefore, a healthy immune system is essential to healthy aging.

So, what is the difference between a seventy year old and a twenty year old?

The difference between the twenty year old and the seventy year old boils down to the cells in their bodies, and how healthy or “charged” they are. The less charge, or current, running through your body, the lower your ability to assimilate essential nutrients, and the lower your ability to eliminate harmful wastes from your system. The seventy year old’s energy has been diminished through the process of free radical damage/electron loss over time, and inflammation has taken over. Receptor sites have accumulated so much junk that nutrients can’t get through, and as a result of all these factors, the immune system no longer responds as it should. There’s not enough energy in the body to wipe out the intruding viruses and bacteria.

Alright already, what can I do about it?

Enough doom and gloom, you’re saying. What can I do about it? Unfortunately, just consuming anti-oxidants or electron donor foods or supplements isn’t enough. Your body has to be able to recognize and transport those electrons to where they’re needed. Your cells need to be healthy and strong enough to pull in those nutrients.

That’s where Protein Extreme Energy comes in. Instead of addressing the symptoms of aging, Protein Extreme Energy focuses on the causes. Taking Protein Extreme Energy is like turning an electrical switch back on in the body. It reverses the energy loss you experience as you age and charges your cellular batteries so that you can begin to fully assimilate nutrients and expel metabolic wastes again. And healthy, energized cells mean a healthy, energized body.

How does Protein Extreme Energy accomplish this? It attacks aging primarily from four angles. The first is by revitalizing and recharging your cells, countering free radical damage. The second is by fighting inflammation. The third is by cleansing cellular receptor sites. The fourth is by enhancing immunity.

Protein Extreme Energy counters free radical damage by providing a high electron load and establishing a recognizable, transferable electron process. Not only are all the ingredients in Protein Extreme Energy electron donors, but because of our proprietary ratio, they work together to augment this effect.

Protein Extreme Energy supports the fight against inflammation in several different ways. Just by addressing electron loss and increasing cell respiration, it is fighting inflammation. However, the immunoglobulins found in Protein Extreme Energy also act to counter inflammation by fighting inflammatory cytokines in the gut. Turmeric, another ingredient in the Protein Extreme Energy formula, has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.

The method by which Protein Extreme Energy cleanses receptor sites is proprietary.

Protein Extreme Energy enhances the immune system by providing the body with more core or vital energy, so that you have enough internal strength to fight viruses and bacteria as they attempt to take hold. The immunoglobulins in Protein Extreme Energy also work hard to supplement your natural immune system by supplying antibodies to the gut, where they fight against invading pathogens.

Overall, Protein Extreme Energy works to re-establish the life current in your body, so that you can recover the youthful vitality you’ve lost over time.
