2nd Lease on Life with Core Energy Program

5 years ago, I was under a lot of stress and I was constantly coughing and had problems breathing. I thought I had a cold or some virus. Went I went to the hospital, they took an X ray and found that my heart was so enlarged it was almost the size of one of my lungs. My stress hormones were also elevated – they found high levels of cortisol in my blood. How to Deal With Chronic Fatigue & Stress

Your adrenal glands sit on top of your kidneys and regulate stress and energy output. Intense exercise can overwhelm the adrenals and eventually burn them out, leading to chronic fatigue, bags under the eyes and reduced performance.

Nourishing the adrenals alone is not enough, however – stimulating the adrenals without opening the surrounding pathways of the nervous system (or, from the viewpoint of Chinese Medicine, the meridians) is like increasing the output of an electricity generator in a home with faulty wiring.

How Can You Enhance Your Whole Body Energy For Life?

Our body’s energy is produced through a process known as cellular respiration: this is where your cells use the nutrients you’ve ingested through food, along with the air you breathe, and transform them into adenosine triphosphate (ATP) – the fuel for cellular energy. For a cell to ‘breathe’ at optimal levels, there are two systems that need to balance each other: oxidative and reductive.
