Want to lose weight but tired of weight loss gimmicks? Follow this sensible advice.

1. Eat only real food: how much of what you eat comes from a box? If it’s processed, it’s probably no good for you. Inducing Your Body to a Higher Level of Energetic Health

For many years I have searched for an effective approaches to induce the human body to a higher level of energetic health. Biophotons and Bioelectronics are the “translators” of life information in the metabolism of our cells. By an excess of free electrons, the cell can best use biophotons. Electrons are the telegraph stations and Biophotons the messages sent.

The significance of bioelectric energy for our health has been demonstrated as early as 1936 by the studies of Kaunitz and Eppinger in Vienna. A high membrane potential makes the cell immune to viruses and toxins. A low membrane potential is associated with a high susceptibility to infection and accelerated in the body compensatory measures, such as inflammatory processes. Chronic inflammation, which can not necessarily correspond to a specific disease, are one of the major health problems of our time and manifest themselves, eg. indigestion, bloating, allergies, pain or swelling in the musculoskeletal system and a general lack of vitality. Life just feels strain for if there is chronic inflammation or a low membrane potential.
