In today’s fast-paced world, everyone is exposed to stress on a daily basis. Whether it’s in the form of our morning commute, pressures at work, the demands of raising a family, sleep deprivation, or even just the overwhelming number of messages and choices that bombard us, stress is here to stay. Unfortunately, we weren’t built to respond to chronic stress.
A little older, a little wiser. But what if we could keep our wisdom and recapture our youthful energy? Growing older does not have to mean dealing with age-related diseases, and our physical age needn’t

Another way of saying it is Take Charge of your Life by Amping Up your Brain. Yes, there’s a lot to be said about a distinction in nutrition that few people really talk about.
That distinction is based on recognizing the two main forms of energy that exist in our cells, all of them, and most notably the nervous system and brain. There is the bio-chemical form of energy with which most people are familiar. This is so because the mainstay of nutrition addresses different kinds of bio-chemical, bio-available nutrients in the form of vitamins and phyto-nutrients, the family of B’s, C, A, D, E, K and on. These are, make no mistake, vitally important to health and moreso, optimal wellness. The bio-chemistry of foods, herbs, nuts, seeds and roots are something human nutrition requires.
For many years I have searched for an effective approaches to induce the human body to a higher level of energetic health. Biophotons and Bioelectronics are the “translators” of life information in the metabolism of our cells. By an excess of free electrons, the cell can best use biophotons. Electrons are the telegraph stations and Biophotons the messages sent.
The significance of bioelectric energy for our health has been demonstrated as early as 1936 by the studies of Kaunitz and Eppinger in Vienna. A high membrane potential makes the cell immune to viruses and toxins. A low membrane potential is associated with a high susceptibility to infection and accelerated in the body compensatory measures, such as inflammatory processes. Chronic inflammation, which can not necessarily correspond to a specific disease, are one of the major health problems of our time and manifest themselves, eg. indigestion, bloating, allergies, pain or swelling in the musculoskeletal system and a general lack of vitality. Life just feels strain for if there is chronic inflammation or a low membrane potential.
Malabsorption of vital nutrients, decreased digestive efficiency, inflammation, bowel problems such as diarrhea and leaky bowel, muscle weakness and joint soreness: this is only a partial list of what can happen when the gastrointestinal tract isn’t functioning optimally. Protein ExtremeTM acts to prevent these conditions from occurring in the first place, and to help you get rid of them if you are already suffering from them.
How does a BioActive Protein protect my Gastrointestinal Tract?
These five tips could make the difference between just treading water when it comes to maintaining your health, and coming out ahead with increased energy reserves. (include these 2 lines in the email)
1. Eat Well
This seems like it should go without saying, but many people don’t realize the extent to which every single thing you eat affects your body chemistry. Foods either boost your energy or deplete it, they either donate electrons or rob you of them, they either harm or heal. So, while the supplements you take work to energize your cells and keep them working in optimal condition, if the foods you’re consuming aren’t healthy, then you’re making it harder on yourself. Look out for upcoming posts on how to optimize your nutrition, foods to avoid (some will surprise you!) and recipes.
Our health comes down to the health of our cells. They literally make up our entire bodies, so it makes sense that if they’re in good working condition, so are we. When our cells can’t do their job properly complications arise, and we experience the so-called side-effects of aging. The formula for aging, from this perspective, is mistakes over time – small mistakes your cells make that compound and snowball out of control. One such mistake is electron loss over time, but taking anti-oxidant supplements isn’t enough to fix this because of an associated problem – cellular ‘current’ loss. Let’s look at why this is the case and what we can do about it:
Your adrenal glands sit on top of your kidneys and regulate stress and energy output. Intense exercise can overwhelm the adrenals and eventually burn them out, leading to chronic fatigue, bags under the eyes and reduced performance.
Nourishing the adrenals alone is not enough, however – stimulating the adrenals without opening the surrounding pathways of the nervous system (or, from the viewpoint of Chinese Medicine, the meridians) is like increasing the output of an electricity generator in a home with faulty wiring.
Our body’s energy is produced through a process known as cellular respiration: this is where your cells use the nutrients you’ve ingested through food, along with the air you breathe, and transform them into adenosine triphosphate (ATP) – the fuel for cellular energy. For a cell to ‘breathe’ at optimal levels, there are two systems that need to balance each other: oxidative and reductive.
What is aging? The simple answer is getting older. But why do our bodies break down over time? Though we assume that the side effects of aging such as hearing loss, energy loss, and Alzheimers are a normal part of the process, they are not inevitable – not all elderly people are afflicted with these illnesses. Two people can be of the same age, yet their bodies and minds can be in extremely different states of health.
